Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed by our studio before shipment. All shipping comes with tracking and all relevant information will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

TANCHEN Studio shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. TANCHEN Studio does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items. 

In the event that orders are returned without notice, Tanchen Studio has the right to reject the returns that do not comply with our return policies.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete name and/or address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply to the reshipment of your order.

Flat rate of SGD$4.00 for all local deliveries.

We ship internationally. Check out as per usual and our site calculates the shipping cost for you based on distance and weight.

International orders may be subjected to duties and taxes and must be settled by the recipient. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds for this reason.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our product and our made-to-order approach, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. In the event there is a defect or damaged item, or missing items in an order, please contact us at hello@tanchenstudio.com for return instructions. Kindly note Tanchen Studio has the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policies.
